Just got two Power Acoustik FUBR 12" subs, and a BOSS Ripper Rp-875 Amp
Subs are dual 2ohm voice coil.
    Amp can do 400Wx4 @ 2ohm, or 800Wx2@4ohm (bridged) - all RMS
Which would be a more efficient way to run those subs -
Amplifier receiving a mono signal in both cases.
    1. Each voice coil to a dedicated channel, so 400W per voice coil, 800W per sub
    2. Voice coils in series (to 4ohm per sub) then wire those, 2 channel bridged mode, still 800W per sub..

I would say bridge it to two channels and run the subs at 4ohm each to it's own channel

Not that I disagree or agree, but how did you come to that?
Any specific reason? I'm trying to learn as I go here..
