Audiopipe isn't a bad choice if you're on a tight budget, but avoid the AP and APSM lines. The AQK and AQX lines of amps are said to be good amps though.

Used is usually no problem. Where you run into problems with used equipment is when you buy low end stuff off of Craigslist that has been pushed to its absolute limit
