ive heard great things about them ..ive got a ppi bk800.4 that i been waitin to install on my audioque 6.5 pro audio n supertweets..should be loud
I had a good experience with this amplifier. No issues whatsoever. It's small and light for its power output. It never got hot even during the summer. It was driving a subwoofer with a couple of bridged channels and it could hit some nice lows. The power terminal is large enough to accept 4awg wire, which is nice. (my previous 4-channel amps for some reasons had issues with this). The crossovers are versatile enough to bi-amp a set of component speakers if you don't need a BP/HP setting above 4KHz@12dB. Although, what I really liked is the ability to turn off crossovers, as I normally prefer to set that on the head unit.
Do all the precision power amps have the so called noise issue or only the p900.4?
I'm particularly interested in the bk1800.1D

It looks nice for sure. I grabbed the BK amps a few months ago and have been very happy with them.

PPI BK seem like nice amplifiers too. PPI is my favorite budget amplifier brand. And their PC series are supposed to be _very_ good, and not just for the price, but without breaking bank. I would recommend to simply pick the one that simply meets budget, installation, and power requirements.
MMATS being compared to these? Ehhhh I wouldn't go that far with it... Id put them up against MBQ or some of the other budget lines
