    Kicker Kx 800.2, Holla Back!!!

QUICK QUESTION, IS THE KICKER KX 800.2 ENOUGH TO POWER 2 X KICKER SOLO BARIC 7 10" SUBS? JUST WONDERING BECAUSE I DON'T THINK I'M GETTING THE MOST OUT OF MY SUBS WITH THIS AMP BECAUSE OF MY SETTINGS. I'M NOT SURE HOW MUCH GAIN, BASS BOOST & CROSSOVER CONTROL I SHOULD USE. MY HEAD UNIT IS THE SONY XPLOD M620. SOMEBODY HELP ME!!!! DON'T GET ME WRONG, THE SYSTEM SOUNDS NICE, BUT I THINK I COULD GET A LITTLE MORE BASS OUT OF THEM. I HAVE MY SUBS IN A SEALED BOX.

    HU: SONY XPLOD CDX-M620
    SPEAKERS: INFINITY KAPPA 63.3i (6 1/2) & 692.3i (6x9)
    SUBS: KICKER SB L7 10" x 2
    SUB AMP: KICKER KX 800.2
    HIGH/MID: KICKER KX 300.2
    CD CHANGER: SONY CDX 656

    HOLLA!!!

Those subs can take a pounding. I would recommend an amp that can push at least 500w RMS. Then you will hear a hell of a difference. Also, add a cap and that will help too

Ive got 2 10" L7's each powerd bye a JL 500/1 and these subs pound like hell.

You should look for an amp that is at least 1000 watts RMS, if your gonna power both w/1 amp at least 500 RMS if your gonna power each off a seperate amp.

if u have any other questions post it, and ill get right on it.
