How is the aq-1200d

I'm thinking about stepping up to the icon in time and was wondering how this amp ran at one ohm, does it stay fairly cool, any protect mode? I've got a guy in town that picked one up on a trade and he will let me get it for 140 should I do it its all there it's in great shape no scratches at all he demo'd it for me it sounds good too.

AQ's are solid amps, for $140 bucks I'd say it's a good buy. Also, people run those AQ amps at 0.5 ohm, so 1 ohm is no problem.
