You get what you pay for. Compare it to the prices of other 2.0k's that are actually good.
BTW I've got a DC 2.0k for sale if you decide to raise your budget a bit.
Crap.period
Had the 1500d...All i can say is you get what you pay for.Better can be had for the money.
Crescendo bc2000d is that better for the money lol it may be a bit more but well worth it
I had one powering two Skar VVX 12s and thought it was meh....at best. I would go for a better 2k amp as mentioned.
Junk /thread
decent budget amp but as said if ur not careful you can clip easy....
i've beat on mine regularly with and without a stock alternator, mine has seen low voltages as far as 10, well over 100 degrees outside. not one problem for over 2 years. I will say it is horrifically inefficient with amp draw though. I think it is pretty good for the price I got it for.
would I buy it again, sure.
build a system around it, no. I would buy higher quality used. or save up for a crescendo.
So all the nay sayers have either had one or tested or is it " I heard so and so said" .
A solid 1200W amp will put out the same amount of power cleanly, run more efficiently, and most importantly IMO hold it's value if you ever need to sell it to upgrade.
