Why do I see 2 sets of speaker outs on these mono block amps?

I am looking at getting a new amp and have been looking at the AQ's, Crescendo's, Sundowns, etc.. Why do they all have 2 sets of speaker outs if they are mono blocks?? The mono amp I have now only has 1 set of speaker outs. Am I missing something??

Just makes wiring up multiple speakers much easier.

So it is just almost like a wiring block for multiple subs feeding to one input inside the amp?

From my understanding thats basically what it is. Still only 1 channel inside the amp.

Yes, they are the same channel, connected together, just makes for wiring to subs with bigger wiring easier.
