arc audio amps

i am waiting on a arc audio ks1200.1. it will be replacing my apsm1500, nothing wrong with the ap. just wanted an arc and finally found one i could afford. now, for you guys who know alot more than i do; what kind of diff will ther be? the arc has a damping factor of 1000, and a signal/noise ratio of 112db. will this make a noticable difference? and it is class h, any info/feedback would be thankful. are they realy a quality brand or just overly proud of the product?

I would expect a vast improvement with the Arc. I couldn't say if you could hear the difference, but you might be able to. More importantly, it'll be more efficient, less likely to clip, and much more reliable. I've got an Arc KS300.4 for my components and I love it.
