I'm looking into purchasing two skar audio vvx 12 d4 subs and I need some help choosing a new amp. I currently have an old 2004 Rockford 800.2 power series amp but I know this wont do the job. I need something putting out around 1200 to 1500 Watt rms that is legitimately going to do rated power. My budget is about 300$. And I will be running the subs at a 1 ohm load.

im personally partial to the american amde cadence but out of the other 3 i would rather get the american bass for the price/power point. may want to contact @mylows10 on here, he is a american bass dealer so what prices he can come up with

I am running 2 vvx 15 on a brz 1700.1d, i would recommend the new apsm 2k for $170 or the apsm 1500 for $125.

@ mclerico83 thanks for all the suggestions. I would really prefer new but I'm fine with used items. I've heard a lot about cadence and sundown amps and they both seem pretty great, the American bass seems legit also. I don't know a whole lot about audio pipe or audio que but a lot of people on here have been suggesting them pretty frequently are they worth trying out? Thanks again!
