the new cp models are real light on voltage
um, bro, these #'s are from the horses mouth for the T2500bdCP....that amp straight up sucks ass across the board.
Efficiency (average):
81.9% @ 4-Ohm
77.7% @ 2-Ohm
64.5% @ 1-Ohm
POWER Amplifiers - T2500-1bdCP - Rockford Fosgate®
FMTT, there are so much better amps available than that overpriced crap. American Bass, Sundown, IA, B2, AQ, DC, Crescendo, Powerbass, Crossfire, etc. are ALL superior and so much more efficient at 1 ohm rated than that T2500.

true but you can run it at 2ohm and and only lose 100 to 150 watts

this also tells you, aside from the Efficiency levels that it is optimally built for 2ohm power....and there is only 40 watts difference. For the cost of the T2500-1, you can buy 2 AQ2200D's and strap them for better efficiency and mo powa at 2 ohms
Re: Is the T2500 worth the price
same here i like fosgate but im currently:veryhapp: on a powerbass kick
