Mmats sq4070 v.s. Arc ks300.4 v.s. Jl audio xd400/4

good day, got a a pair of DLS RS5N components for the front doors and a pair of DLS 225C 5.25" coaxials for the rear doors....... i had looked at these 3 amplifiers. i have heard good things about the MMATS SQ4070 having good power and efficiency...... jus wondering how the SQ or how clean the amp plays. the JL Audio XD 400/4 is a clean sounding amp but wod like to have at least 75 watts per speaker..... at 13.8 v it wod do bout 65 watts. the KS 300.4 is another good amp but mounting wod be a prob due to its height. The JL Audio and MMATS both have small footprints.... jus wondering to all the audiophiles out there which amp wod u choose based on these 3 criterias:

Power
Efficiency
SQ................... Being most important..... thanks for all the help/ advice

I have had that MMAts. It does rated, easily. Has a very high S/N ratio so its louder than most 70wpc amps is probably a little underrated and I found mine to be probably the most sterile amp Ive ever used.

I own the Arc KS300.4 and am very pleased by it, and it's bought it because of it's significantly tiny footprint and good power output, WITH active capable crossovers.
That's one thing the Arc has on the Mmats is active capability. As for sound, all I can say is the Arc sure does sound good and clean. I never get any distortion. And it's Class G/H I believe, which is pretty cool. That's supposed to be on par with A/B for SQ, and as efficient as Class D. And It's known to be underrated by about 20wpc.
I'm sure the Mmats is underrated, and even the JL as well. I can't comment on either of their sounds though. All I can say is I thoroughly enjoy my KS300.4, especially for the low price and mint condition I got it at.
