I am looking to power four speakers that are 4ohm 50 watt (200 watt max) without over/underpowering them. They are running off of a 50 watt max head unit.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Your speakers are 0w (that's right...Zero) and there's really no such thing as under-powering them. When you turn your volume down, are you lowering the volume or are you under-powering them?
Speaker manufacturers do not give you a lot of info on that "50w" number. Is it a pair? Is it with music? Is that thermal or mechanical? Who knows. Don't pay attention to RMS and use your ears. RMS is a meaningless number when you think about it...
Your HU is also nowhere near 50w. The amplifier inside it is roughly the size of your thumb nail and they start to distort pretty badly when output reaches 5-9w. Those numbers you see on a HU are ILS numbers...
