Looking around at 4-channel amps for a budget build. Here's a small list of the ones I'm intereested in. Which would you pick?
Cadence f400
Pioneer GM-6500F
Soundstream STL4.500
Soundstream RUB4.600
Hifonics ZXi80.4 Zeus
Kenwood Kac-8405

Here's prices:
Soundstream rubicon 4.600 - $145
Hifonics Zeus zxi80.4 - $140
Or....I just found a Cadence 5-channel for $150..F100-5. That's 150 watts per channel at 2 ohm. The Infinity's are only rated to 90 watts though.
I have two infinity's 475 and a 5350, if you have purchased one...
Purchased from Najchrislee (2)
well then youd have an extra channel. buy the rubicon.

Nah, with the 5 channel I can run the infinity comps up front, put some coaxials in the rear doors and 5th channel for the sub.
I just didn't look too hard at the 5 channels because they're a fair bit more than the 4-channels for the few I saw initially, so I was only going to run the comps on the front 2 channels and the sub off the rear channels bridged.
I may have to rethink that if I can find a reasonable 5 channel in the same price range.
Hey op, did you end up making a decisions yet? I was also looking at that cadence f100-5. Just curious if you found any reason not to get that one.
