Fixing Broken Car Amps

I just talked to Mike on the phone. He agreed to send my amplifier out to Chris at dB-r on Monday and forward the Fedex tracking number to me Monday evening. I have agreed to send him the money for shipping when Chris verifies reciept of the complete amplifier.

How many of you are waiting on word from Mike?

I am. How would you like to be in my situation, I don't even know where mine IS. Supposedly shipped it out, rec'd it back, and shipped it out again. Still haven't received it. No response since March 28.

Mike has not called me with a tracking number. As of today I am considering this a case of being scammed and will be taking the steps to make it a formal issue for him. If there is anyone that wants to join im on my reports please PM me and I will forward all the information to you.

Count me in. He has had my amp since Sept. of last year. I keep getting the run around too, I lost count of how many times he said he just needed one part, or the parts would show up today, etc.

I am very glad I never sent my amp in. I have been following this thread off and on hoping he would be legit. It's pretty obvious you guys with missing amps need to get together and take care of this issue.

Well I spoke with Mike today, long short of the story is he is a decietful individual that is taking absolutely no responsibility for the amplifiers he has in his shop, or is should have. He reniged on the deal to ship the amp to dB-r and I would pay him back once Chris recieved it, as I don't have any reason to trust he would send the amp out if I sent him more money, proof of this is all the broken promises to date and others that have sent him money to ship and he still hasn't sent them their amps. He said he would give it back to John (johnjv29 on CACO) who is the guy I bought it from in the first place. I will have John send it to Chris.

for all of you who have sent him your amps, I will put it this way, I really doubt I will ever see my amp. And I have even less optimism about yours. You may want to get very serious about getting your amps back in whatever shape they are in. Or just deal with the fact that you may have just been another of the scammers pie.

Sent final payment on the 2nd of this month, still havent heard anything and i have been calling and texting multiple times everyday with no response.
Im in to do whatever it takes to get this stupid SOB to get things goin.....Couldnt somebody get cops involved? I mean several of us have proof with PMs and text messages, including an address...

Mike hasnt replied to any 24 of my text messages today, and has let all of my calls go to his voicemail untill he got sick of his phone blowing up and started pressing the ignore button and then turned it off.

Anyone know where this dude lives? Anyone been to his house? I know what I would do if I was one of you guys and knew where he lived. I hope something gets done about this
