Amp to power 2 Rockford Fosgate Punch HE2

I need to know what kind of amp I need for powering these 2 Rockford Fosgate Punch HE2. im looking to spend around 300 or so and I want to get the most outa them. reccomended RMS is 400w max is 800w. I was told to get a 2 ohm stable mono... all the prices I were seeing were really up there though. also would I need to replace anything in my 4 runner to run a setup like this I already have the battery wire hooked up with 4 guage.

i have a coustic amp for sale that is 800 watts rms x 1 @ 2 ohms plus i'll also throw in a lightning audio 1 farad cap for $150 shipped. that 4 guage wire be fine for an amp around 1000 watts rms.

i had the 2 6500d's (one on each 10he2)
and i was able to hit 142db's

i went thru 6 of them in 4months..1200watts and a epicenter at full tilt is a bad thing
