5 guage wire is all i can get cause that all u can get at walmart
yea that what im doing so if i buy a new battery cause ive never done this before i just put it someone where ground it out and run it to the power on my amp right ? and also leave that power from the hood in that amp tooLet me get this straight, you are running 5 gauge wire directly from your hood battery, to the d-block, and then to the Rd2000, and you don't know why its cutting off? Are you serious? Zero battery in the back?
y are you saying i would need that many please explain yourselfare you for real?
yes, capacitors. you need three or more
Alright listen. Don't just get any battery. Get a battery designed for audio. Get a kinetik hc1800 online, and GET 0 gauge wiring before that 5 gauge catches on fire.

People recommending capacitors are joking.
With that much power, 5 gauge will not work.
And your alternator (if stock) can probably not keep up.
You would run wire from front battery positive to trunk battery positive. Then wire from back battery positive to amps. Ground wire from back battery negative to ground location.
0 gauge is highly recommended....
