Fosgate Power output at 3ohm??

I am considering buying a W7 and powering it with the fosgate power 551s i have right now. If it is wired at 3ohm, will the amp overheat? also since it will be running at 3ohm will the power output be increased....the way i figures it out, the amp bridged at 3ohm would put out 825?? is that even right. also, would that be enough power to push a 12, or would it work better with a 10, i dont want to slam the sub, but i want it to be powered correctly. thanks for any help!!

RF doesnt reccomend running that series below 4 ohms when bridged but i dont think 3 ohms will hurt it and you should get more output/power. I also ran my 12w7 w/ a 500/1 and was hitting the low 140 db range check the sig
