You wont instantly blow the subs just because the amp is rated more than the RMS of the subs, unless you are a ******* and put the gain to max.
Remember, you can run a 50w RMS sub with a 4000w RMS amp, as long as the gain is set properly.
The most important benefit of running a more powerful amp than the subs can handle (again if you set the gain properly) is that you wont be pushing the amp to clip and cause distortion. You will also have more power in reserve for the heavy bass.
Get the AQ, run it at 1 ohm and be careful with the gain and be happy.
