Where do I keep the Remote Bass Control knob at when setting amplifier gain?

I have a Kicker ZX 750.1 amp and I want to set the gain again. I currently have the gain 6/7 up and the bass boost at 3/7. I am going to set the amp bass boost to 0 and set the gain by ear. I have a remote bass control knob hooked up with this amp and I was wondering where should I keep the knob at when setting the amplifier gain.

Thats really up to you. Just set your gains accordingly then plug in the bass knob. Just turn it up until you think its loud enough. I mostly use it because I dont have to go to my deck and turn off my amp.

Yeah its up to you. I just use it for what I said above. Nothing special about them.
