    PG or MTX amp

    I currently have (2) Rockford HX2 1000watt 500RMS subs.

I was wondering what would be a better amp to push them out of the three.

    - Phoenix Gold 1200.1 Mono Tantrum Amp (1000watt)
    - MTX Thunder1501D (RMS Power: 750W x 1 @ 4 ohms
    Bridged RMS Power: 1500W x 1 @ 2 ohms) too much power??
    - MTX THUNDER81000D ( 500 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms
    1000 watts x 1 at 2 ohms)

Or any other suggestions for an amp in that general price range that will out perform those three?

    Re: PG or MTX amp

Look in the thread called "1000 watt plus"
its exactly what it says.. a lot of amps on the market that do over 1000 watts.
