I adjusted the gain on my sub amp. I want it to be louder and hit harder. Is it okay to we base boost on the sub amp?

If you do be very gentle using the bass boost control because like the greatest penn said it's an easy way to clip the amp and blow your woofer.

if you use some , lower your gain from the initial position. most of the time the bb is set at 50hz, the reason why you feel it's louder
as long as you know what clipping sounds like and you set it to where it's not then you should be ok doing that.

yes, turn the gains all the way up, the bass boost on and disable the subsonic filter if you have one
