Well not quite for me anyways lol... But for my friend I got these from he pretty much got these free...

About 1999-2000 the owner of the local junkyard buys hot rods and sells them too.. He calls my friend up and says he just bought a hot rod with a bunch of stereo crap in it and if he comes and takes it out he'll sell it too him cheap..

Well my friend wasn't even gonna go but he figured what the hell.. He'll check it out, when he got there it was these 2 Zapco's = eight 10" Image dynamic subs (can't remember the model they had a blue basket) 2 sets of 6 1/2" Design reference comps and a nice Alpine deck...

He got the whole system including all the wire for 200.00!!!!

My friend was the second owner of all the equiptment.. the guy who put all this in the hot rod/show car was in his late 40's and put maybe 5 hours on the stuff..

Best find I've ever seen.. sadly not a whole can be found in my town.. only 2 shops since back in the 1990's one sold kicker and crossfire the other sold Fosgate then we have walmart.. Needless to say I see alot of Xplode amps around here
