    My Kenwood Collection.

eXcelon Powerslide Series late 90's early 2k back when Kenwood was still great.

    KAC-X401M x2
    KAC-X201T

    Severly underrated amps.

Servo II Feed Back was pretty nice option. And you could control all of the amplifiers functions from a B.M.S. Compatible Kenwood eXcelon HU. This functionality was way ahead of its time.

Nice, I am working on a local guy here who has the ultra rare 5 channel.

Only reason why the 5 channel wasnt popular was the massive footprint.

its almost 6" longer then the x401M

Still looking for the 4 channel seen a few here but they were not very well taken care of.

They are very clean powered amps loads of crossover options too, The x401m on the left is my orignal purchase back in the day.

I've never found any info on these either... I asked the local kicker dealer who's been pushing kicker stuff since the early 1990's if he ever heard of these or seen them before and he says no first ones are the C-series followed by D-series.

I'm wondering if they are some kind of fake? and the solo-baric writing was added later or something? Only place I've ever seen them are ebay a couple times..

For the oldschool black with gold writing I've only seen competion separates series and free air and this is all kicker has listed on their site as well...

Either way the original black and gold were some of my favorites I ran a pair of 12's about a year ago off 750 rms and the sounded great.

The pawn shop in town has nothing but old school stuff. It is overpriced thus why they have had it all so long. I am talking old school. The hifonics aMp I saw the other day has to be the first amp made by them. I bought a punch 500a2 and a ppi art amp. I got them at a good price there.

Nope, not fakes. These were the very first series Solo's. I bought them new and they came in Kicker boxes.
