does anyone have us amps actual ratings. im really interested in buying a us amps, amp. but i dont know what amp i need. cause i have heard of their 400w amps doing 1500w?!?! i need an amplifier that will produce,1500-2000w mono @1ohm . so does that mean i should buy an us amps 600w amp? lol thanks

Apparently the 400x has "1500 watts RMS" on the side ... but I think someone benched it at around 1790-1800 RMS ...

E-mail them, they should be able to give you the actual ratings.

OK! good to know at the momnet i have my eye on either a
de-1000 or a 600x the 600x does 600w @4ohm mono so would it do around 1800 @1ohm? i need specs on these two amps please.

i would go with the 1000de it is a hell of amp. it will power what ever you put on it. i have heard they do 2k watts with enough power gong to them.

naw actually just decided on subs..will be running a pair of audiobahn immortal 12s but thats cut the amp fund down to about $300

had the 2000x bench tested at 3,420w @4 ohms bridged. I couldnt think of better amps for the price> finding speakers that can handle one daily is a problem. (yeah i know there out there)

what people don't know about us amps, they are built in miami, they are one of the best cheater amps with orion being the next... a usa40 (or whatever) can push out almost 500w...however thier prices are so dang high...if they would ever come down yeah right I would def pick up one for my subs...the only thing that I saw a us amp push was an old roc 18.. and it was one of thier lower serious amps

Last thing I saw was a US AMP VLX400 push a 18" Cerwin Vega Stroker. This was a daily driver system and was used quite a bit for show off. That amp slammed the 18 no problem.

The guy worked for one of the best car audio shops in NW PA, he's tried different amps with the Stroker ... won't settle for anything less. Guy down here in Columbus, OH who manages Mobile Electronics says the same thing and they don't even sell US AMPS.
