    The tech that went into the JBL, and the power is supposedly really does with a massive electrical backbone, trumps almost all amplifiers. The Crown/JBL's were some of the best amps made period. If you can afford the JBL, GET IT!

    for competing i would take the rd because of its size. otherwise id take the jbl

    i have a JBL 6000 GTI it doen not weigh 250 pounds, its around 75-85 lbs, 8600 watts @4 ohms , 7K @1 OHM

    I think the amp is about 83 lbs....

    It's still a heavy bastard
