I am looking at buying a usx-4065 it does not have the bass boost circuit is this something to look for it will be driving infinity reference 6x9s in the back and 6x8s in the doors. thanks

You don't need a bass boost to begin with...but you especially don't need one for powering 6x9s and 6x8sOriginally posted by orlmailman

the bass boost on my JBL 1200 does nothing..

You will only notice the bass boost doing something when you play a song that hits whatever frequency you have the boost set to...
