    Amplifier Settings

I have a Jensen XA2100 amp and a 12" Memphis subwoofer. I am wondering where I should put the LPF and Gain settings on the amp for optimum performance.

LPF can go from 50Hz to 250Hz.
How exactly do I match up the Gain setting (from Min to Max) to my receiver?

LPF...start it at around 80 or so and play around with it.

Gain...set it to the lowest setting....turn the volume on your HU a few notches higher than you ever plan on listening to it...slowly turn the gain up until you begin to hear distortion...when you do, put it back a little bit, and you're good to go.
