i just realized that that sounded dumb as hell. first thing their ould be a 2.6667 ohm load. so what kind of amp would be good to power these subs. i want a class d amp so any help would be good. thanks

you might want to try a ma audio hc2502 amp<br />rf is quickly going down in quality and the ma audio amp is 1/2 ohm stable<br />another choice is orion hcca

i didnt mean to put the comment in the same sentence. there was a time when rf made good products, but now i think the are riding on there name, and overcharging. <br />the jbl amp is a good one
well do you want a 100.2 or a 1000.2 the bd1000.1 is cheaper than the 1000.2 and is a class d. and their is a 100.1 i think if that is what you meant
