Re: How long have you been using your amplifier make\model\time

All of the US Amps in my sig have been solid for at least 5 years. My 4 channel amps are about 7-8 years old, while the two channel amps have been traded up over the years.

I bought my second USA 2000 used off of a friend, but I originally installed that amp back in 2001 in his truck, so I knew the history of the amp.

I have a thing for ol skool US Amps.

mm4000.1 a little over a year... had to be repaired after about 4 months...
zx350.4.. won't work in very cold weather for whatever reason.
by far most reliable amp i've ever owned is my boss r1400d. I've used it @ .5 ohm about 80% of its life... all of about 7 years.. blows a fuse occasionally but has never had to be repaired. It was actually the first amp i've ever bought. Even ran it at 1/4 ohm for about 2 weeks, ended up smoking the subs.

Re: How long have you been using your amplifier make\model\time

I had a baby rockford fosgate amp in the trunk of my pontiac that still works for some reason, even tho every time it rained it got wet - and still played nicely.

I think it gives off 150w at 4 ohm bridged. its tiny small
but I bought it new from brandsmart like 10 years ago - and it still works.
its freekin amazing that it has not drowned to death yet.

the case is all oxadized and peeling like crazy - but amp still plays fine.
    haha.
does your amp work when your trunk fills up with rain water?

1972 plymouth valiant lowrider with hydraulics
    its bad azz

1990 chevy 2500 single cab / full size bed - lifted on 33s
    its currently ugly.

my corvette is sold. what a piece of crap it was
but it did get loud !

whats up with the filter man.. the word a$$ is not a bad word
