    almost everything is made overseas nowadays. Much cheaper to make that way.

    Alpine, Diamond Audio, Kicker, JL, Memphis, US Amps, Brax, Tru, Rainbow, IA, Zapco, Arc Audio, Butler, McIntosh, Sinfoni, ....they all make good quality, reliable amps....its really a matter of price point

    so 2 contradicting statements......so do you want good quality and reliability or dirt cheap......they never come together at MSRP or retail and rarely come together even used.

    precision power, alphasonik, us acoustics, sony, ads, proton, orion, hifonics

    old school high quality, reliable, and dirt cheap used - depending on the model

    So, Japan or USA?

    not at all, but when you come and ask in your first post "Who makes the best amps" and then say you want quality and reliability and then you mention dirt cheap.......well the answers will vary tremendously

    OK, yeah US Amps, too.

    So I guess it just comes down to personal preference. There are a bunch of good amps out there.

    Do you like Japanese old school or US old school, yourself personally?


    Pyle was a joke. But I did have an old Pyle Driver coax that rocked. I think they were better back in the day. May have faded.
