Anybody using a US Amps 2000X ?????

if you are i have a few questions for ya.....like why 2 US Amps 1000's hit 12000 times harder than this amp i just spent $1200.00 on???? the protection keeps on shutting off and it just makes my subs flutter and not even hit....????? ANyone know a good repair center in New York City?????

What impedance are you running the amp at?

about a quarter with the crossover set at around 60Hz and no Subsonic filter on

What kind of box? And how big? And what subs?

2 diamond audio TDX 15 Dual four ohm in a 2 footer sealed.....diamond exact specs as figured out over the phone.....i'm thinkin maybe i'll just short the amp out on the by toughing the power to the casing and send it back for a new one.....

I really don't know what could be the problem...I know that is a very nice amp, bring it to a local shop and have em check it out...or you can contact where you got it from, or even contact US Amps themselves...

i meant the amp too....there are some effin car audio geniuses on this board....but yeah....it seems alot of people have a lot of problems similar to mine with this amp

BTW...got it pounding but now i got to figure out why it gets so hot after just 20 min of ear-pounding music???? goddam SAT.....!!!
