What does Ohm stand for?

I've heard this tearm around so it's no unfamiliar but just want to know what it stands for, so can anyone tell me?

It's simply the unit of measure for electrical resistance, just as a pound or a kilogram is a unit of measurement for weight/mass.

It was established by a German physicist named George Simon Ohm.
