Depends on the application, ZED does not offer the power Sundown does, but Sundown does not offer the Burr Brown chips. Both are great companies, I know both owners, and both are commited to a great product and great service.

I have no personal experience with the Sundown gear but hear nothing but good things from those that do.
On the other hand I've heard many a Zes-built HiFonics amp and liked them all and I owned a few of the Zed-built USacoustics amps and loved them as well.
It would really be hard to go wrong either way so check denim's post as it'll likely come down to what you need the amp to do for you.

I have owned many Zeds over the years and loved them all. The new amps are some of his best work. The Deuce amp will produce near 1000 watts @ 4ohms (true power).

Then again I would skip both and go Arc Audio SE. Oh wait, I already am.....

ya, when it was hooked up i had no dimming, but i assumed that as a bad thing ... i also have a 100+ amp alternator... but im going to wait till i get the big 3 with 0 gauge and 0 gauge power runs before i hook it back up...
