best 400-500 watt 4 channel amp??

money no object what is the best 4 channel amp on the market to supply 400-500watts?? i'm looking to power my Canton 5 1/4" comps and MB Quart 6 1/2"s. they can easily take the 100rms per speaker so anything in that wattage range price no object like i said. also i would prefer a black amplifier to match my MMATS amp i'm weird like that i guess.

2006 Bright Island Blue 6s: stock 6 disc in dash, Hertz Hi-Energy 6.5" comps, MB Quart Ref 12", eclipse 5-channel sub amp.

Car mods: Lowered on Mazdaspeed springs with Koni Yellow shocks, Racing beat front/rear sway bars with AWR end links, LED turn signals, tail lights, front side markers, 18" ADR Cypher rims, 55w HID's in low beam and fogs, 5% tint all the way around. No go fast mods yet...tuning and Mazda6 don't go well together .

Steve a.k.a. ss3079: So this one lady goes, "These ignorant people who drive around blasting there music, they cant hear emergency vehicles"
So that set me off, and I said "Well then why do they let deaf people drive?"

    USA-4300X

The USA-4300X is a four channel, two ohm stable, bridgeable system amplifier with independent front and rear crossover and gain adjustments. The user can configure the USA-4300X to operate in one of four different modes: Four Channel Full Range; High-Pass Front, Low-Pass Rear w/Remote Bass Gain on the Rear Channels; Four Channel Low-Pass or Two Channels Low-Pass Bridged into 4 ohms w/Remote Bass Gain; or High-Pass Front and Rear. By using the "4-IN-2" switch, the USA-4300X can be operated with either one or two input pairs. If the user selects "2", then the remaining RCA jacks can be used to "daisy-chain" signals to another amplifier.

sorry got a little out of hand there, but it is nice to dream, but I would definatly reccomend the Zapco reference 360, and you know that Zapco's are always crazy underratted, plus when they changed the AG series to the Reference Series it went to a flat black amp, very very sweet externally, I emailed a friend about the prices, he should get back to me fairly shortly so I can relay the prices to you, but I completely forgot about the ARC Audio 4050-CXL or the monster Arc Audio 4150-CXLR, both of which are on the exact same level as the Zapco's and are offered in black,

**** it I am torn now between the 3 companies, I want all three
