Icon30 Will this amp work fine with 2 MTX MXS1004s?

Well, I have 2 MTX MXS1004 (The Canadian version of the T7510-04) and need to get an amp

The subs are SVC and rated at 4 ohm.
Will be wiring parallel to 2 ohms.
    They're 800 watt max, 400 RMS.

    Anyone?
If that amp ***** or won't work well, a specific recommended amp would be appreciated.

    RMS Power Output: 300W x 1 @ 2 Ohm
Does that mean 300 watt RMS per sub, or 150 per sub?
