autotek mm 1400.1 vs PPI A600.2 Art Series

I currently have a PPI A600.2 Art series amplifier. I have never had any problems with it, not even one.. I love the quality, and from what I hear (other then my personal opinions) They are extremly great amplifiers..

Obviously the Autotek 1400.1 has more power.. But how does it compare quality wise? Any opinions?

Power is the obvious difference, but quality wise, very few amps ever made match the ART series. They are legendary.

i still have for four a600.2 amps, its quality sound at its best, most current made amps can't even compare to old school quality amps, of course there are some quality amps made , but again you get what you paid for...

Well I think here's his question

He wants to push two subs with ample power and decent quality

Autotek all day over the art, correct?

350 watts per sub vs 700watts per sub, lose a bit of quality dropping to the Autotek but for a sub amp it's still going ot have plenty of quality, no?

Re: autotek mm 1400.1 vs PPI A600.2 Art Series

good point, i did not take the whole power rating issue into the question. the art series just is great for it's supreme known quality and sexiness....but the autotek will still give a high level of quality and all that extra power......autotek is probly the better choice....

....but id still take the art series just cause they'er the shizzz

All things considered, the Autotek would probably be a better sub amp. But don't sell that Art Series.
