How well would this amp work for my oZ comps? It can run bridged at 180+x2 at 4 ohms & I have read that Diamond is a quality amp manufacturer, so is there any reason why I shouldn't go with this amp?

nope, i run it bridged with d361's all day and have no problems or complaints.
