    Hifonics Gen XI Hercules

I bought this amp last week brand new not knowing what to expect. It replaced my MMATS D300HC, well it won't be the same as my D300hc but you know what I mean. (only reason I got a new amp was because I needed one that was 1 ohm stable.) UPS delivered the amp to me this afternoon and I couldn't wait to install it. Got it hooked up to my ECLIPSE 12" alum and man was I surprised. Even though I have heard mixed reviews on Hifonics products, this thing really makes my sub sound good. With it putting out 800 watts rms @2 ohms this amp is very clean. I can't wait to see what it sounds like when I run 3 more alums and another Hifonics Hercules. I was really skeptical in the beginning, but am very pleased with this amp.
