JBL is out, no subsonic filter. MTX is a possibility.
Cadence Z7000 is 1500 at 1 ohm and kicks a$$
Or Cadence A7HC, its 1400 at 1 ohm, its a little easier to find there are a few of these on ebay right now.
also a Z7000 on ebay reserve at $320

They have a $25 "gift certificate" that can be applied immediately upon order, thus bringing your total down to $334. Just remind them to apply it immediately upon order. They will charge your card for $359, then credit it $25.Originally posted by abcdefg

Tell me what you think of that amp. I was seriously going to buy it, but they didn't produce enough in my timeframe, so I had to go with the Arc Audio amp...which is AWESOME, but twice the price.
Check out www.respl.com I know I've heard nothing but good things about their XXX subs, and the amp is rated at 35 x 1 at 4 ohms 1000 or 1100 dont remember at 2 ohms and 1500 x 1 at 1 ohm. Can't beat that for a competition amp. It goes for 369 even though its listed as higher on the site. CAll them up and ask them about it. I'm planning on getting one. It even has a clipping light to let u know when it has a clipped signal. Pretty neat. Subsonic filter adjustable from 15-40hz too. 4 gauge power and ground with 8 gauge speaker outputs. I think its pretty impressive.

Here's all I can say. I have never used the amp....HOWEVER, from what I understand, the owner of ampmanaudio.com (Kirk) is well respected in the car audio industry. If you look at his site, he only sells HIGH END stuff. I was on the waitlist for the Revo amp, but it was not produced in time for my car audio appointment. Instead, I bought the Arc Audio 1500D-R which is an AWESOME amp, but twice the price. Arc Audio is a phemonenal amp company, and ampmanaudio.com is the ONLY authorized internet dealer for Arc Audio.Originally posted by rco8786

Anyhow, I was impressed with their knowledge and service. I would definintely buy from them again. If you don't believe me, just call them and talk to Kirk. Ask him any technical car audio question....i'm sure he has a solution or knows the answer.
Goodluck!
what gauge power wire is on the revolution 1500.1???
