Anyone seen this problem?

I just installed new components front and back. With a Baja 1000w amp. Well now anytime i roll up my windows or roll them down it goes really fuzzy. Sometimes when i hit the brakes it will do it too. Not sure why. My subs never sound funny just my components.

Well i ran the speaker wires through the rubber boot the same place all the other wires run into the doors. And on one side of the car they have all the wires ran but my battery is on the other side of the car so thats the side i ran my power wire so i ran my RCAs on the other side which is by the rest of the wires.

yey i suggest better rcas as well. This happened to me before and it was something to do with my rcas, i didnt have to buy new ones i just had to move them away from some other wires, strange i guess they were getting mixed signals maybe

Before you go spending money, disconnect the RCA's from the HU (leave them plugged into the amp) and roll up or down your windows. If the noise/fuzz is still present, then the problem is either the location of the RCA's or their inability to reject noise (probably a combination of both). If the noise is not present, then the RCA's aren't the problem.

So, if the noise is still there, try re-routing your RCA's and do the same test. If the noise goes away; problem solved.

Just a simple test to verify where the problem lies. No reason to spend the money if you can fix it without.
