Icon32 Need suggestions on what amp???

I have an Infinity perfect 12.1D ordered and need to know what amp I should consider getting.

I am currently running 1 MTX 7000 with a MTX Thunder 2150X ... I got the urge to do a fiberglass enclosure so I decided to get a new sub ... from reading different threads I went with the Infinity perfect 12.1D ...

I am considering the JBL BP600.1 and the MTX 6500D or even just to use my MTX 2150X (but I don't believe it can run at 2 ohms) ... I am open to other suggestions as well ... I will only be running 1 Infinity perfect 12.1D and am looking to spend around $250 or so.

Also "class D" amps are these mainly for SPL, because I want good SQ as well ... I listen to a variety of music from rap to rock to techno ...

I dont know the rms on that sub but dont over power infinitys subs cause they tend to blow with too much power.

the jbl 600.1 will be good but do not turn the gains up...the sub is only 350rms and that amp will put out 600at 2ohms

i take it ur mtx2150 is 150 watts x 2 so u can hook up each vc to each channel and u wil get 150 to each vc.

Yeah the mtx2150 is 150 watts x 2 @ 2ohms ... you are saying that I should hook each channel to a voice coil rather then bridging it? Would this still be a 2 ohm load or would it be something else? And if I hook up each channel to a voice coil do I set the amp to mono like it is since i had it bridged?

well then its prolly 75 x 2 at 4 ohms so if u hook up each coil to a channel then u will get 75 per channel
