Ok so I have a little 10" sub I wanna power that's rated to 150 watts RMS and peak power at 600w. Now does that mean I should get an amp with 150w or less? How well would this one work?

That means the thermal limit of the subwoofer is the heat generated from about 150W RMS. The Jenson should do the trick. Although there are better products than Jensen, it will do the job.
Is this not a reasonable place to park?

jensen eh?? hmmmmm try the rockford 150s i have one of them pushing a 12" he in a bandpass right now and it's way louder than most of the systems around i've heard (like 800 watts and under) which proves it's all in the install i guess. oh well
