hifonics amps??????

Hi, are these amps good, do they have great SQ, cause the Z800 model has 50x4 + 200x1 at 4ohm, and it´s only $200 new, seems like a deal to me, is it?, I mean are these amps, good, better than alpine or kenwood?
This would be the perfect amp to power my system, should I buy it?
