Idk never ran a warhorse most of these amps clamp at 10,500 watts at 12 volts I'm sure the warhorse does 10,000 at 14.4

Crossfire rates the xs-8k at 8000 watts @ 1-ohm on 12.5v, 10,000 watts @ 1-ohm on 14.4v
Kicker rates the wx10000.1 at 10,000 watts @ 2-ohms (no 12v rating provided)

I believe the Warhorse will be more efficient on a given power supply though (>90%). If you did a Crossfire xs-8x instead, you'd have greater power potential with higher input voltage (non-regulated power supply.)
