Do you know the THD and S/N of the zed?

Hey I do not. At least right off the top of my head. I can link you to the zed website though I don't believe it's listed. Only information I've been able to find that's printed outside the zed website is about output from Steve himself in a forum post saying these typically put out around 370w x 6 @ 2ohms.

I did speak to him on the phone about the differences between the II and the III, and the biggest difference was the outputs on each side of the amp and the transformer being much bigger. He said it would put out a little bit more power versus the I and II.
