I'd bet my A$$ if it wasn't for the repair they would have been gone, everybody's not broke. I really feel it's a matter of all of them going down simultaneously, the 16V system on the V1 series, etc. But I will say DB-r specializes on Sundown amps, so I'm sure they'll work fine, and I hope you can move them, I came on hoping they were the V2's or 3's, I'm not a fan of fused boards
Just bc they r on 16v doesn't mean anything. I had them on it for over a year. It was me trying to use the smd dd 1 that messed them up. It was a simple fix and all of the amps were tested by db-r before they were shipped bak to me and I tested them again when I got them. Everything works fine. I even got them to reinforce the board so it is very unlikely it will happen again. $300 shipped is a fair price

You obviously took what I said wrong, I'm not saying these amps are bad, or not worth the money, I'm just saying what may be going through some peoples heads that could be potential buyers, first of all, the 16V system is within the amps operating voltage, but that doesn't mean it's not a stress on it, since the fused boards stricken your potential amp draw, you compensate with raising your voltage, obviously the idea was to pull more than 1500 watts out of the amp, I'm not saying this is what went wrong with your amps, I'm not saying it's not either, I wasn't present when they failed. DB-r does good work with sundown amps, and others like them, so I'm sure they're fine, in fact, if they were v2 or 3's, I'd buy everyone right now. I'm just saying, not everyone is broke, and some people may be worried about how much life they have left in them, coming from a stressed system. I'm sure you had a lot of views on these amps, and the price is excellent, and I'm pretty sure you'll sell them, and I wish you nothing but luck, actually, if I were you, I'd try to sell all 5 of them to 5 different people, that'll get your feedback up, GLWS
o ok yes i took what you were saying wrong and i do apologize. I was getting well over 1500 watts out of these. Had them wired to .5 ohm and everything. I don't know how my feedback score could be bad though since i have only sold like 2 things on here and both ppl were very happy with what they got. i try n answer everyones questions too so i don't know why my feedback would be so bad. I even posted these same 5 amps up for sale like a month and a half ago or so saying that they were messed up, but tried to sell them as they were, but no one really gave me what i wanted for them so i posted saying i would get them fixed and post a new thread on here once they were fixed. idk....but thanks for the input and i hope they do sell. I dont see why they shouldn't.
