In pretty good shape, not show car worthy but not bad either. Typical nicks and scratches on it. Works flawlessly and has tons of power. 100x4 at 4 ohm, 200x4 at 2 ohm and 400x2 at 4 ohm bridged. Rated at 12.5V and advertised as 20% gain at 14.4 as per manual
