The ones that are selling on Ebay look like crap dude. Some of the housings are even cracked/broken! That's what you're comparing mine to? And yet you don't mention there is another D300HC amp on ebay selling for $700.....

I think $300 shipped is a VERY FAIR price on this beast of an amp.

imho for the price difference this is a way better buy. i went from the 3500 to the modded d300hc.
