And I thought my Orion was big! I never realized how large that amp was when it was laying on the floor.

He is about right on the price. You would think a LE PG amp would go for more, but without a case it kills the value. PG collectors are perfectionists. They want there gear complete and perfects, but they shell out dough to get those fine examples.

Well I said that because the last time I saw one at an audio shop, they wanted $1500 for it haha

HAHAHAHAHA! In that case, I want 2k for my Orion XTR!
Re: Rare Phoenix Gold Roadster 66 5 channel class a/b class d SQ amplifier!
If it had the id out of 1000 badge it would be at a higher price point, so I figure at 400.00 + shipping this should move quick. You will be hard pressed to find a 5 channel of this caliber at this price point.

That mutha fukca is huge! Glws. Is it active capable? Didn't read the top much, I'm on my phone.
Re: Rare Phoenix Gold Roadster 66 5 channel class a/b class d SQ amplifier!
they went for around $500 once on special off ebay but that must have been an emergency or something. I for one am not sure how i feel about the looks but its a **** nice amp.
Re: Rare Phoenix Gold Roadster 66 5 channel class a/b class d SQ amplifier!
It grows on you, when I first saw one I hated it but now after owning 2 of them and getting to see it in person I think it is probably one of the better looking limited edition amplifiers made.
Sometimes simple is better.
Re: Rare Phoenix Gold Roadster 66 5 channel class a/b class d SQ amplifier!
I guess I am a fan of the classic limited editions..since I owned all but the LE and the FRANK. I had the Son of Frank but not the frank. man those were great times when they put out all those amps.
