Which encoder is best for DEH-80PRS

I will be installing my HU and new LP amp in a couple of weeks so I was going through the operation manual for the 80PRS. With all the options I was wondering if anyone knew which encoder had the best SQ. I was leaning toward the AAC and WAV but I have no experience with either.

I'm not an advocate of lossless formats so use the best quality mp3 or AAC the unit can handle. At 320 kbps you won't distinguish between mp3 and AAC, not by a long shot in the car.

Exact Audio Copy, burn FLAC to cd. Thats the best source you can have in a vehicle. Cd holder books are cheap.
